SHIPPING
Climb Smart Shop offers free shipping within Canada for orders over $50 CAD before tax.
Orders are processed typically within 1-2 business days, but may take up to 4 business days. We will keep you in the loop of any delays. Once your shipping label is created, you’ll get an email with your tracking number and details on how to track your shipment. This way, you can easily follow its progress until it reaches you!
Climb Smart Shop ships across Canada and the US via Canada Post. Standard shipping rates, duties and delivery dates apply, and are the responsibility of the customer to cover.

Climb Smart Shop is not responsible for any packages lost in transit. Please contact the carrier directly if your order was confirmed delivered and you still have not received it.

RETURNS
All products can be returned or exchanged up to 60 days from purchase date, with purchase receipt.Â
All original boxes, hangtags, and accessories must be attached to the garment, and each product is subject to inspection.Â
- Product(s)Â must be in unworn conditions and free of wear and tear with original tags on the product. Product packaging must be in original, new condition.
- When packing your order, please include a note indicating RETURN and your original order number.
- Dirty or worn shoes will be returned to the customer and refunds will not be processed.

We recommend sending your package back via a trackable method (eg: Canada Post or FedEx).
Once we receive the product(s) you wish to return, we will inspect it, and procced with the return.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item box is damaged. To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, have the hang tags attached, with any original packaging the product arrived in, and otherwise in the same condition that you received it.
In the event your product(s) do not meet the Return Criteria, your return will likely be denied.Â

When Tenaya conceived the new Mastia Tenaya they not only to create an aggressively curved shoe that delivered maximum power for standing on tiny holds, but also one which provided unrivalled responsiveness in all situations. More powerful, more responsive, this is the essence of the Mastia and one which required us to focus on every aspect of the process, designing and redesigning each element until Tenaya achieved the perfect balance.
- Super sticky rubber covers the upper part of the toe-box and instep, providing both increased protection against abrasion.
- Lightweight and breathable bellows tongue that protects direct contact of the elastic of the instep with the foot.
- Two-part sole increases capacity to adapt to the form of the rock.

- Precision fit and design holds the arch and heel of the foot snugly and securely.
