Free Shipping on Orders Over $50 Across Canada.
Climb Smart Shop ships across Canada and the US via UPS, Purolator, and Canada Post. Standard shipping rates, duties, and delivery dates apply. The buyer is responsible for any duties or import fees.
Shipping Restrictions
- Cannot be shipped outside Canada: Petzl, La Sportiva
- In-Store Pickup Only: Crash Pads (we’re working on it!)
- Oversized items may incur additional shipping fees
Order Processing & Tracking
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your item is ready to ship, you’ll get an email with tracking info. Check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it.
Note: Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. Shipping runs Monday–Friday.
Delays can occur due to carriers, weather, customs, or unforeseen events. Climb Smart Shop is not responsible for late shipments or packages lost in transit.
