Price Match Policy
Here at Climb Smart Shop, we’re climbers too, and we know every dollar counts when you’re building out your rack. That’s why we offer a simple, honest Price Match Policy. If you find the same gear for less, we’ll match it before or after you buy, so you can focus on the send, not the spend.
We Price Match When:
- You find a lower price on the manufacturer’s own website.
- You find a lower price on a Canadian retailer website.
- You’ve made a purchase from us and find a lower price within 14 days of your purchase - we’ll refund the difference.
- You spot a better deal before making a purchase - we’ll match that price on the spot (in store or online) so you don’t miss out.
Price Match Conditions:
To keep things fair and consistent, a few conditions need to be met for a price match.
- The item must be in stock and match exactly; same size, color, and model.
- The lower price must be clearly advertised, either online or in-store, and come from an authorized retailer (not marketplaces like Amazon or eBay, or third-party sellers).
- We don’t match prices from liquidation or closeout sales, and we can’t honor price match requests on out-of-stock items, pricing errors, or offers that break MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) policies.
- We also don’t match loyalty-based pricing, bundled promos, or deals that would put us below cost.
- We must be able to confirm that the item is currently on sale and in stock. We don't price match any pre-orders.
Basically, if it’s a legit, publicly listed price from a proper retailer, we’ll do our best to match it.
How to Request a Price Match
Just send us a quick message with the following details:
- Product link or screenshot of the competitor’s offer
- Date of your original purchase (if applicable)
- Your order number (for post-purchase matches)
