Return Policy Overview 

We strive to provide the best shopping experience, and we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please review the following guidelines for returns and exchanges.


Final Sale Items 

The following items are Final Sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Gift Cards
  • Skincare Products 
  • Hardware & Safety Equipment (Belay devices, Quickdraws, Carabiners, Ropes, Helmets, Other climbing hardware and safety equipment) 

Return & Exchange Eligibility 

  • Unused/Unworn Items: New, unused items can be returned or exchanged within 60 days of purchase, provided they are in original condition with tags attached and original packaging.
  • Shoes: Shoes that have not been worn or show signs of use can be returned.
  • Special Orders: We do not accept returns or exchanges for special orders.

 

Returns will not be accepted if items, including shoes, show any signs of wear.


Return Process 

  • Initiating Returns: 
    • Online Order: To start the return process for online purchases, please email us at returns@climbsmartshop.com or return the items in person to our Etobicoke location (details below). Return Address:

  • Return Conditions: 
    • Original Packaging: Products must be returned in their original, new condition with all packaging and tags.  
    • Condition: Items should be unworn, free of wear and tear, and in brand-new conditions.
    • Shoes: Dirty or worn shoes will be returned to the customer, and refunds will not be processed. 
  • Shipping Costs: 
    • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Inspection & Restocking

  • All returned products are thoroughly inspected. We reserve the right to: 
    • Refuse a return 
    • Charge restocking fees for certain returns 

Return Shipping 

  • Deadline for Returns: Returns must be postmarked within 60 days from the date of purchase.
  • Return Method: We recommend using a trackable shipping method (e.g., Canada Post, UPS, or FedEx).
  • Lost Packages: Climb Smart Shop is not responsible for lost return packages. Please contact the carrier directly if issues arise.  

Important Notes

  • Damaged Boxes/Items: We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item packaging or product is damaged
  • Return Packaging: Please include a note inside the return package indicating it is a return along with your original order number.
