Climb Smart Shop offers free shipping within Canada for orders over $99 CAD before tax.
Orders are processed typically within 1-2 business days, but may take up to 4 business days. We will keep you in the loop of any delays.
Climb Smart Shop ships across Canada and the US. Standard shipping rates, duties and delivery dates apply, and are the responsibility of the customer to cover.

RETURNS
All products can be returned within 30 days or exchanged up to 60 days from purchase date, with purchase receipt.
All original boxes, hangtags, and accessories must be attached to the garment, and each product is subject to inspection.
- Product(s) must be in unworn conditions and free of wear and tear with original tags on the product. Product packaging must be in original, new condition.
- When packing your order, please include a note indicating RETURN and your original order number.
- Dirty or worn shoes will be returned to the customer and refunds will not be processed.

- Safety equipment

We recommend sending your package back via a trackable method (eg: Canada Post or FedEx).
Once we receive the product(s) you wish to return, we will inspect it, and procced with the return.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item box is damaged. To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, have the hang tags attached, with any original packaging the product arrived in, and otherwise in the same condition that you received it.
In the event your product(s) do not meet the Return Criteria, your return will likely be denied.

Technical holds demand real sensitivity, and Crux TAPE sense 0.6 - 10m 4 roll protects tender fingertips without dulling that feel. We wrap a thin layer around a splitting tip before working a crimpy problem, feeling the tape mold to the skin closely enough that it barely registers once chalk goes on.
The hypoallergenic, latex free adhesive holds through long sessions without irritating the skin or leaving residue behind afterward, and with four rolls per reusable box, there's always enough on hand for the next session too.
Includes 4 rolls of 0.6cm x 10m of tape and a reusable cardboard box. Protects the skin of the different phalanges and limits the mobility of the fingers.
SENSE tape is made from a softer, lightweight fabric that makes a second skin effect, protecting while maintaining the touch and precision. It is indicated for use on the fingertips and on the skin of the phalanges, and its use is recommended when the type of climbing makes touch and precision crucial.
