Climb Smart Shop offers free shipping within Canada for orders over $99 CAD before tax.
Orders are processed typically within 1-2 business days, but may take up to 4 business days. We will keep you in the loop of any delays.
Climb Smart Shop ships across Canada and the US. Standard shipping rates, duties and delivery dates apply, and are the responsibility of the customer to cover.

RETURNS
All products can be returned within 30 days or exchanged up to 60 days from purchase date, with purchase receipt.
All original boxes, hangtags, and accessories must be attached to the garment, and each product is subject to inspection.
- Product(s) must be in unworn conditions and free of wear and tear with original tags on the product. Product packaging must be in original, new condition.
- When packing your order, please include a note indicating RETURN and your original order number.
- Dirty or worn shoes will be returned to the customer and refunds will not be processed.
Cannot be returned:

- Harnesses
- Safety equipment

We recommend sending your package back via a trackable method (eg: Canada Post or FedEx).
Once we receive the product(s) you wish to return, we will inspect it, and procced with the return.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item box is damaged. To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, have the hang tags attached, with any original packaging the product arrived in, and otherwise in the same condition that you received it.
In the event your product(s) do not meet the Return Criteria, your return will likely be denied.

Crux's tape provides two experiences: SENSE for a lighter “second skin” feel that keeps touch and precision, and POWER for denser support when you need extra durability and protection.
POWER tape is composed of a dense fabric that provides more protection and support in wounds and joints. It is recommended for limiting mobility in fingers and wrists, and is the optimal choice when your climb demands high durability and protection from the rock.
SENSE tape is made from a softer, lightweight fabric that makes a second skin effect, protecting while maintaining the touch and precision. It is indicated for use on the fingertips and on the skin of the phalanges, and its use is recommended when the type of climbing makes touch and precision crucial.
Different climbs ask different things of the hands, and the Crux TAPE PACK covers both ends without forcing a choice ahead of time. We wrap a thin strip of sense tape around a fingertip before a technical, precision heavy problem, then reach for the denser power tape on a joint that needs real support through a harder pull.
The sense tape settles in close enough to keep touch intact on delicate holds, while the power tape's fabric limits mobility where extra protection matters most. With four rolls of sense and two rolls of power tape included, there's enough variety to handle whatever the session demands.
