Standard Return Process
Giftcards, Skincare, Hardware and harnesses/safety equipment are Final Sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges (Belay devices, quickdraw, carabiners, rope, helmet, and other climbing hardware/safety equipment).
Returns will not be accepted if items (including shoes) have been worn, or shown any signs of use.
We do not accept returns on special orders. Other new/unused products can be returned or exchanged up to 60 days from purchase date, with purchase receipt. Items must be returned with original packaging, and in the same condition received. Items must be returned with tags attached to the product.
We thoroughly inspect all returns and reserve the right to refuse a return or charge restocking fees.
Shipping costs paid are not refunded for returns.
For online orders, please email returns@climbsmartshop.com to initiate a return or exchange. Online orders can also be returned to our Etobicoke location noted below.

If you are shipping a return back, the order must be dropped off at the post office no later than 60 days from the date of purchase.
In the event of a return, any return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
- When packing your order, please include a note indicating RETURN and your original order number.
- Product(s) must be in unworn conditions and free of wear and tear with original tags on the product. Product packaging must be in original, new condition.
- Dirty or worn shoes will be returned to the customer and refunds will not be processed.
We recommend sending your package back via a trackable method (eg: Canada Post, UPS, or FedEx). Returns and exchanges are only processed when we have the returned package.Climb Smart Shop is not responsible for any packages lost in transit. Please contact the carrier directly if you are experiencing issues with your return package.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item box/item is damaged.
