Standard Return Process
All products can be returned or exchanged up to 30 days from purchase date, with purchase receipt.
For online orders, please email returns@climbsmartshop.com to initiate a return or exchange.
FINAL SALE items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
- Safety equipment (harnesses, helmets, ropes, etc.)
- Climbing hardware (belay devices, carabiners, trad protection, etc.)
- Clearance products

In the event of a return, any return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
When packing your order, please include a note indicating RETURN and your original order number.
Product(s) must be in unworn conditions and free of wear and tear with original tags on the product. Product packaging must be in original, new condition.
Dirty or worn shoes will be returned to the customer and refunds will not be processed.
We recommend sending your package back via a trackable method (eg: Canada Post or UPS).
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item box is damaged.
