Shipping and Delivery 

Free Shipping on Orders over $50 across Canada. 

Climb Smart Shop ships across Canada and the US via UPS, Purolator, and Canada Post. Standard shipping rates, duties and delivery dates apply. Buyer is responsible for any duties or import fees.

Restricted Shipping: Select items and brands have shipping restrictions:

  • Cannot be shipped outside of Canada:
    • Petzl
    • La Sportiva
  • In-Store Pickup Only:
    • Crash Pads (We are working towards being able to ship them so check back soon!)

Oversized shipping rates apply to select items.

Climb Smart Shop is not responsible for any packages lost in transit. Please contact the carrier directly if your order was confirmed delivered and you still have not received it.

We reserve the right to modify shipping offer rules and regulations or to discontinue shipping offers at any time without notice.

Standard Return Process

All new/unused products can be returned or exchanged up to 60 days from purchase date, with purchase receipt. Items must be returned with original packaging, and in the same condition received.

For online orders, please email orders@climbsmartshop.com to initiate a return or exchange. Online orders can also be returned to our Etobicoke location noted below.

FINAL SALE items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Hardware and harnesses/safety equipment (Belay devices, quickdraw, carabiners, rope, helmet, and other climbing hardware/safety equipment.)

 

In the event of a return, any return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

  • When packing your order, please include a note indicating RETURN and your original order number.
  • Product(s) must be in unworn conditions and free of wear and tear with original tags on the product. Product packaging must be in original, new condition.
  • Dirty or worn shoes will be returned to the customer and refunds will not be processed.

We recommend sending your package back via a trackable method (eg: Canada Post or FedEx).

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item box is damaged.
