SHIPPING
Climb Smart Shop offers free shipping within Canada for orders over $50 CAD before tax.
Orders are processed typically within 1-2 business days, but may take up to 4 business days. We will keep you in the loop of any delays. Once your shipping label is created, you’ll get an email with your tracking number and details on how to track your shipment. This way, you can easily follow its progress until it reaches you!
Climb Smart Shop ships across Canada and the US via Canada Post. Standard shipping rates, duties and delivery dates apply, and are the responsibility of the customer to cover.

RETURNS
All products can be returned or exchanged up to 60 days from purchase date, with purchase receipt.
All original boxes, hangtags, and accessories must be attached to the garment, and each product is subject to inspection.
- Product(s) must be in unworn conditions and free of wear and tear with original tags on the product. Product packaging must be in original, new condition.
- When packing your order, please include a note indicating RETURN and your original order number.
- Dirty or worn shoes will be returned to the customer and refunds will not be processed.

We recommend sending your package back via a trackable method (eg: Canada Post or FedEx).
Once we receive the product(s) you wish to return, we will inspect it, and procced with the return.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item box is damaged. To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, have the hang tags attached, with any original packaging the product arrived in, and otherwise in the same condition that you received it.
In the event your product(s) do not meet the Return Criteria, your return will likely be denied.

The Phantom LV was designed for climbing the world’s most gymnastic problems and routes. It is for the climber who needs equal sensitivity and power from their climbing shoe. The shoe really begins to shine on steeper angles where toe and heel hooking are mandatory. The vegan synthetic upper built is on an aggressively profiled last to ensure your foot is always in a power position and that the shoe will not stretch too much over time. The Phantom LV features two midsoles that act in unison. The first midsole is a variable thickness plastic midsole. The second midsole is a rubber midsole, cut out under the big toe for increased sensitivity. The heel features evolv’s most sensitive midsole, called the Dark Spine and helps drive power through your foot to the toe box, while remaining sensitive enough to feel small features.
- Shoes feature a medium-soft, highly cambered design well suited for modern-style boulder problems and sport routes with lots of body tension
- Downturned and asymmetric toe profile focuses power on your big toes with precision; large toe rubber patches provide maximum toe hooking ability
- Engineered plastic and tensioned rubber midsoles work together to provide and maintain a downturned shape
- 2-part split soles with tensioned rubber arches allow the front and back parts of your feet to work independently for maneuverability and responsiveness
- 6-point Compression Closure System provides a superb fit with a single pull; double D-ring locking mechanism offers adjustability
