- Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Hardwares and harnesses/safety equipments are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please contact us if you have questions.
- All other products can be returned or exchanged 60 days from purchase date, with purchase receipt. (the product being returned must be free of wear and tear with original tags on the product)
- For online orders, please email email@example.com to initiate a return or exchange.
We recommend sending your package back via a trackable method (eg: Canada Post or FedEx).
Climb Smart Shop is not responsible for packages lost in transit. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item box is damaged.
Important Information about Our Standard Return Process:
The product being returned must be free of wear and tear with original tags on the product.
The item must be in unworn condition (no dirt and debris on the sole or upper).
Dirty or worn shoes will be returned to the customer and refunds will not be processed.
Product packaging must be in original new condition.
NOTE: When packing your order, make sure to have a note written: RETURN with your original order number.
