SHIPPING
Climb Smart Shop offers free shipping within Canada for orders over $50 CAD before tax.
Orders are processed typically within 1-2 business days, but may take up to 4 business days. We will keep you in the loop of any delays. Once your shipping label is created, you’ll get an email with your tracking number and details on how to track your shipment. This way, you can easily follow its progress until it reaches you!
Climb Smart Shop ships across Canada and the US via Canada Post. Standard shipping rates, duties and delivery dates apply, and are the responsibility of the customer to cover.

RETURNS
All products can be returned or exchanged up to 60 days from purchase date, with purchase receipt.
All original boxes, hangtags, and accessories must be attached to the garment, and each product is subject to inspection.
- Product(s) must be in unworn conditions and free of wear and tear with original tags on the product. Product packaging must be in original, new condition.
- When packing your order, please include a note indicating RETURN and your original order number.
- Dirty or worn shoes will be returned to the customer and refunds will not be processed.

We recommend sending your package back via a trackable method (eg: Canada Post or FedEx).
Once we receive the product(s) you wish to return, we will inspect it, and procced with the return.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item box is damaged. To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, have the hang tags attached, with any original packaging the product arrived in, and otherwise in the same condition that you received it.
In the event your product(s) do not meet the Return Criteria, your return will likely be denied.

The Katana Lace, despite its downturned shape, is a comfortable all-day climbing workhorse that performs well on slabs and can easily twist into thin cracks but excels outside on steep single or multi-pitch routes. The slightly downturned toe and subtle asymmetry ensures you can hook into pockets or exploit the tiniest edges while providing unrivaled comfort for the level which it performs at. The Katana Lace is a veritable edging machine now available in Men’s and Women’s styles.

• Highly breathable tongue works in conjunction with the shoe lining for moisture management
• Outsole design varies between the Katana Lace Men's (full-length) and the Katana Lace Women's (half-length) to support climbers of all weights and sizes

Technical and aesthetic evolution of Katana Laces: a versatile, high performance shoe. The tongue is made of soft and breathable fabric, the lacing system, made of 100% recycled material, allows for optimal volume adjustment. The sole uses the super gripping Vibram® XS Grip2 compound. The P3 system in the midsole allows Katana Laces to keep their shape and characteristics unchanged even after many hours of use. The women version in unisex colors, differs in the construction elements such as the half sole instead of the full sole and is designed for climbers with reduced weight thanks to softer materials and reduced thicknesses capable of flexing more easily, adapting to the roughness of the rock.
