In the event of a return, any return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend sending your package back via a trackable method (eg: Canada Post or FedEx).
Climb Smart Shop is not responsible for packages lost in transit. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item box is damaged.
Important Information about Our Standard Return Process:
The product being returned must be free of wear and tear with original tags on the product.
The item must be in unworn condition (no dirt and debris on the sole or upper). Dirty or worn shoes will be returned to the customer and refunds will not be processed.
Product packaging must be in original new condition.
NOTE: When packing your order, make sure to have a note written: RETURN with your original order number.
