SendClimbing reinvented the sleeve with new comfort spandex under the knee pit area, silicone elastic grip bands along the top and bottom of the sleeve and a vast array of sizes to get the perfect fit. Though it sticks well to the leg, depending on how you size it use of duct tape is not discouraged.
